2nd Asia-Oceania Symposium on Fire Safety Materials Science and Engineering (AOFSM'2)

The 2nd Asia-Oceania Symposium on Fire Safety Materials Science and Engineering (AOFSM'2) will be held in Shenzhen, China on October 27-29, 2017  by  the  Beijing  Institute  of  Technology  (BIT)  and the Asia-Oceania Association for Fire Safety Materials Science and Engineering. This symposium has invited internationally renowned  experts and scholars  to  present  the  latest  academic  research  progress  and  engineering applications in the field of fire safety materials.
BIT, which is the host of this symposium, is well known in the academic, and has a long research history in fire safety materials. BIT has built the National Laboratory of Flame Retardant Materials in 1980's and National Engineering Research Center of Flame Retardant Materials in 2010's. The topics of BIT are focusing on the development of environmental friendly and high efficient flame retardant, flame retardant materials and processing, the fire assessment technology for materials and products, and exploring new flame retardant mechanisms.
