Introduction
In collaboration with COST action MP1402 HERALD, Center of Microelectronic Technologies, a department of the Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, Serbia is hosting the workshop on atomic layer deposition and related ultra-thin film processes for advanced devices.
The workshop is a satellite event of the international biannual conference VI International School and Conference on Photonics Photonica 2017.
