Introduction

The ACRID 2017 conference track covering Engineering, Science & Mathematical Modelling for Development is a forum for the provisions of scientific and mathematical solutions to help resolve problems private and public sectors. It will be of interest to researchers, academics, trainers, and other practitioners with the aim of exploiting common synergies. It is a track which recognises the importance of fundamental research and that research results can be applied to the solution of everyday problems. One of the aims of this track is to foster industry-university collaborations which can bring mutual benefits: funding of educational institutions in return for solutions to taxing problems. This track gives a platform for those who want to present the positive benefits of Science, Mathematics, High Performance Computing. Papers that in the areas of Modelling of Economic Transportation and Forecasting Systems are encouraged. Papers that suggest or offer solutions towards the development or use of open software or in parallel computing environments are encouraged. There is ample scope for the exploration and exchange of knowledge in this field through scientific talks, industry discussions, technical tutorials and panels. This call covers all aspects of information and communication technology, e-government and Engineering Education. and sustainable development for industry, research and practice, including theory, management, applications and technology, and will bring together renowned experts.
