Introduction
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of MedTex 17 in conjunction with the 11thInternational Forum on Biomedical Textile Materials (IFBMTM 2017), which will be held on May 17-19, 2017 at Donghua University in Songjiang University Town, Shanghai, China, we wish to cordially invite you to attend this conference.
For the first time, MedTex in conjunction with the IFBMTM will be held in Asia, representing a unique occasion for Chinese to proudly host our colleagues from around the world.
“Biomedical Textile & Healthcare Products: their Impact on People's Health and Quality of Life” has been chosen as the main theme of the conference. It is aimed to bring researchers, engineers, surgeons and students in the field of biomedical textile materials together to exchange the latest research results and technological developments. The conference program will include plenary lectures, invited lectures, poster presentations and a science photo art contest on a variety of topics.
