Introduction

JAC-ECC is a venue for extending collaboration among prominent Japanese, African and International researchers from academia and industry in the fields of electronics, communications, and computer engineering. 

JAC-ECC 2017 will include keynote speeches, technical and special sessions on the state-of-the-art topics.  Research papers are solicited in one of the following two categories, all submissions will be peer-reviewed:

(1) EA-NOP (Extended abstract without online publication)
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an extended abstract (up-to 2 page) of their latest work (work in progress papers are sought as well) through the submission page. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. However, they will not be published in IEEE Xplore. 

(2) RP-OP (Regular paper with online publication)
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 4-page full paper of their latest work through the submission page. Accepted regular papers will be included in the conference proceedings and are expected to be published online. All authors of accepted papers in this track are requested to submit a copy-right transfer.
