2017 International Conference on Single Crystal Diamond and Electronics

2017 International Symposium on Single Crystal Diamond and Electronics(SCDE 2017) will be held in the beautiful city of Xi’an on June 10-14, 2017. The conference is organized by Xi’an Jiaotong University, Single Crystal Diamond and Electronics Pan Pacific R&D and Industry International Alliance(SCDEA),Institute of Wide Band Gap Semiconductors and Devices of Xi’an Jiaotong University.

The SCED aims to provide a platform for scientists, researchers, engineers and company leaders(in the fields of diamond and its devices, diamond growth systems, wide bandgap semiconductors, carbon material) to present their new results and promote their academic exchange. The conference will invite domestic and international scientists, researchers, and engineers to present special academic reports. Meanwhile, scientists, researchers and engineers in the related field all over the world can also submit and present their unpublished paper to this conference.
