Introduction
The 2018 International Conference on Teaching and Researching EFL Writing will be organized by Nanjing University on October 12-15, 2018. The Conference Organizing Committee seeks proposals for 30-minute presentations (including 10-minute questions and discussions) that address various topics within the broad field of second language writing. Any topic related to second language writing theory, research, or teaching is welcome.
The conference theme is "Identity in Second Language Writing ." We particularly encourage proposals that address issues related to writer identity, writing teacher identity, as well as the field identity of second language writing.

Guidlines
Proposals must include three parts:
1) 500-word abstract for peer review by a panel of experts
2) 50-word summary for use in the program book
-
References are not necessary; keep the in-text citation to the minimum
-
Use the same language (either English or Chinese) for abstract and presentation
-
Multiple submissions are allowed, but the same person cannot be listed as the first author for more than one proposal
3) Bios of presenters
-
Write on a separate page
-
Include title, name, affiliation, research interest, and contact details
