International Symposium on Material and Electrical Engineering (ISMEE)

Innovative and advanced technologies currently create new possibilities for better life. In exploring the impact and potential of these technologies, it is indispensable not only to develop individual environment with these technologies, but also to build new theories representing what and how the technologies can enhance such goal. In addition, it is also important to accumulate lessons learned from practical uses of those technologies following the theories. The interaction between such theoretical and practical aspects of integrating the innovative and advanced technologies would construct new fundamentals of engineering field, which would be one direction ISMEE should pursue.

The first ISMEE will take place in Bandung, Indonesia, on 16 November 2017. The symposium is hosted by Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. ISMEE can be used as a scientific forum for accommodating discussion among researchers in the field of applied science and engineering, and engineering education.
