World Congress on Water Conservation & Environmental Management (WC2EM) will be held from  10-12 February, 2018 at Manila, Philippine As water professionals, we span the globe working from our natural environment to the built environment preserving our greatest resource. Although our geography varies, we face similar challenges such as water supply and distribution, water quality, field mobility, regulatory compliance, and communicating the value of our work.

WC2EM is organized every year by International Water, Air & Soil Conservation Society with joint support from different Universities in Southeast Asia and research organizations from Malaysia, China &Philippine

WC2EM is an International conference founded with an emphasis on Water Science & Technology. The WC2EM presents the latest in scientific advances and practical applications in this field, cutting edge research across a wide range of universities, industries, technologies and functional areas. As the preeminent international technical forum in the field, the WC2EM brings together end users, researchers, practicing engineers, managers, educators, suppliers and contractors. It is dedicated to advancing new developments in the treatment, use and reuse of water for industrial and other engineering purposes.
