International Workshop on Tropical-subtropical Weather, Climate and Oceans

The Sun Yat-sen University, the CAS South China Sea Institute of Oceanology and the CMA Guangdong Meteorological Service will organize an international conference (International Workshop on Tropical-subtropical Weather, Climate and Oceans) on November 18-20, 2017 in Guangzhou, China. The conference is to provide an important platform for scientists from the world to exchange research results and to promote research in the areas of tropical-subtropical meteorology and oceanography. It welcomes presentations of research results various areas of weather, climate and oceanic sciences including ocean-atmosphere interaction, global monsoons, high-impact weather/climate events, multi-scale atmospheric and oceanic variations, weather/climate monitoring and prediction, atmospheric and oceanic environment.
