International conference on “SMEs, A Source of Socio-Economic Development: Prospects and Challenges” (ICSMEs-17)

Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on SMEs, A source of Socio-economic Development: Prospects and Challenges (ICSMEs-17) that will be held during November 22-23, 2017 at the Karachi Campus of Bahria University). The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities on the prospects and challenges associated with the SMEs’ operations in Pakistan and in other countries of the world.  The conference will be an ideal platform for academics, business practitioners and students to share views and experiences on the dimensions of SMEs, such as Research & Innovation, Socio-Economic Growth, Support Policy, Relationship and Infrastructure management as well as related fields.  All presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and selected papers will be published in the department’s HEC accredited bi-annual journal “Global Management Journal for Academic & Corporate Studies (GMJACS)”.
