IEEE International Workshop on Software Engineering and Big Data

Big data is playing a more and more important role nowadays. While many new technologies have been developed to support big data, it is equally important to explore software engineering technologies with big data. In big data environment, software systems must as well consider some special attributes such as software engineering methodology based on big data environment, software reliability, scalability, transparency, and performance. As a result, the software engineering will face a big challenge if we need to design some software systems to process very big data. How to design effective and efficient methods and tools to process big data is a key factor for software engineering in the future. The SEBD workshop is intended to provide a forum for researchers to present their latest innovations and share their experiences in software engineering and big data.
