1st International Conference of Microsystems & Nanoengineering

On behalf of the conference committee, it is our privilege to invite you to Microsystems & Nanoengineering Summit 2017(MAN2017) in Beijing, China on July 9-12, 2018. 

This symposium is co-sponsored by Academic Division of Information Technical Sciences and Institute of Electronics at Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). This Academic Division is the highest level of steering committee formed by academicians in research areas relevant to information science and technology in China. The Institute of Electronics is the first leading research institution on electronics, and is actively working on M/NEMS in China. 

This symposium is to gather leading scientists in M/NEMS in the world with outstanding scientists and young researchers in China to discuss the state-of-the-art and the future of micro- and nano-sensing technology. This conference will cover Environmental Micro- and Nano-Systems, Bimedical Micro- and Nano-Systems, Microwave Photonics and Integrated Systems, Advanced Micro- and Nano-Manufacturing. This symposium will be an excellent platform for academic exchange, possibly resulting in decent collaborations between you and Chinese scientists in M/NEMS.
