Introduction
Montpellier Business School (MBS) is pleased to organize its inaugural International Conference on Energy, Finance and Macroeconomy (ICEFM). This nexus is currently receiving increasing attention due to the high connection between these areas. The aim of the conference is to bring together international researchers and policy makers to present and discuss research in the frontiers of knowledge in the three connected areas.

The conference will cover the main climate-related existing policies, at EU, national and subnational levels and will include three plenary sessions on Energy efficiency, Renewable policies and Environmental taxation. A special session will focus on the EU ETS.
