Introduction
It is a great pleasure to warmly welcome all the researchers, academics, and practitioners to attend the 2017 International Conference on Computer Systems, Electronics and Control(ICCSEC 2017), which is scheduled to take place in Dalian, China, from December 25-27. The objective of ICCSEC 2017 is bringing together researchers, inventers, and experts from academia and industry to share the state-of-the-art and innovative progress in the field of computer systems, electronics and control. ICCSEC 2017 is proposed as a catalyst to promote interactions between academia and industry, a wide spectrum of academic research results will be presented, all these features make ICCSEC 2017 a unique event and one of the most important conferences in the field of computer systems, electronics and control.
