Northwestern University Big Data Workshop (2017 IEEE Region 4)

The workshop will cover 4 areas of Big Data Analytics:

1. Descriptive
   A comprehensive review of real time data and the pragmatic utilization of data mining with the utilization of dashboards and email reports

2. Diagnostic
   A look at past history based on data analysis and the practical application of an analytical dashboard.to answer the question: Why?

3. Prescriptive
   A way to analyze and transform data into recommended actions for a given situation

4. Predictive
   An analysis of scenarios using statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques to forcast future results
