Introduction

Ma Chung International Conference on Chromatography (MIC-Chroma) is the first conference that focuses on the topic of chromatography and its applications conducted by Ma Chung Research Center for Photosynthetic Pigments (MRCPP), Universitas Ma Chung. As one of prestigious National Center of Excellences, MRCPP commits on the advancement of science and technology, especially on the development of pigment active materials for various applications such as in food technology, analysis, sensor, and energy.


MIC-Chroma will be held in Malang, East Java, Indonesia on October 9-11, 2017. We invite you to participate in the MIC-Chroma and submit your papers under topics of chromatography and its applications in various fields, such as environmental, petrochemical, catalysis, nanotechnology, food technology, plant science, forensic analysis, metabolites profiling, clinical diagnosis, pharmacy, biomedical, biopharmacy, etc.


In conjunction with the conference, one day workshop on chromatography will be carried out as a collaboration workshop with Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge on chromatography and mass spectrometry. Hands-on using gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) or liquid chromatography (LC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) will be also available. Abstract Submission

MIC-Chroma is open for abstract submission. There will be oral, poster and virtual poster presentations.
Full Paper Submission

  • Selected accepted and presented papers will be peer-reviewed and published in: 
  • Malaysian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences (MJFAS) (limited to 20 papers/2 volumes, indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index Thomson Reuters, ISI Web of Science, MyCite, MyAis, and Google Scholar). Guides for author.
  • Journal of Mathematical and Fundamental Sciences (JMFS) (limited to 20 papers, indexed by SCOPUS and national accreditation).Guides for author.
  • Indonesian Journal of Natural Pigments (IJNP) (limited to 20 papers).

Information about abstract submission, registration, and full paper submission:

  • Submit your abstract according to the abstract template.
  • You will get the acceptance letter with abstract number and invoice for your registration.
  • Pay the registration fee before the dateline.
  • Upload the proof of payment, proof of student (for student), proof of HKI members (for HKI member) in the online registration.
  • Submit your full paper online according to the journal template before the dateline. Carefully read the scope and focus of each journal that is suitable for your full paper. Only full papers submitted by registered participants will be reviewed.
