Introduction

After the fourth international symposium organised in Wome Deluxe Hotel between 3rd and 5th of November, 2016, the fifth International Symposium on Innovative Technologies in Engineering and Science (ISITES2017) will be held at the Architecture and Construction University of Azerbaijan in Baku / Azerbaijan between 29th and 30th of September, 2017 through the collaboration of Academic Platform, Sakarya University and Architecture and Construction University. 

Being extremely successful organisations so far with the contribution of more than 100 universities and 30 different countries, the fifth symposium is expected to bring the scientists all over the world from engineering and basic sciences together at international level to share the mutual experiences.
