The 2017 2nd International Conference on Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation (ISCTT 2017) will be held on October 27-29, 2017 in Haikou, China. ISCTT 2017 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of information science, computer technology and transportation to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in information science, computer technology and transportation and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
