Introduction

The International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences (ICMSS) is an anual event held once a year. ICMSS 2018 will be held during Jan 13-15, 2018 in Wuhan, China. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of emerging Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences and for professional interactions.  Additionally, it serves as a conduit for channeling advanced technology to the regional industry. 

On behalf of the Wuhan University, China; the main sponsor of this prestigious international event, and on behalf of the conference’s various committees it is our pleasure and honour to invite and welcome you as a participant in ICMSS 2018 in Wuhan, China.
