13th joint ECB/CEPR Labour Market Workshop on "Labour supply, education, low growth and low wages after the crisis"

We welcome both theoretical and empirical contributions. Research topics of particular relevance to the conference include the following:

• the determinants of labour supply dynamics

• flows in and out of the labour supply

• labour supply and demographic changes

• labour supply and wage formation

• determinants of migration flows and the effects of migration on labour markets

• skill mismatches, skill shortages and their consequences

• the role of education and the effect of education policies on human capital formation and the quality of labour supply

• the medium and long-term effects of labour supply dynamics on economic growth

• labour market institutions and structural reforms; and their effect on labour supply, human capital formation, long-term unemployment and wages
