IBEFA Asia—Pacific Meeting 2018 (as a part of the 14th WEAI International Conference) - International Banking, Economics, and Finance Association

The International Banking, Economics, and Finance Association (IBEFA), jointly with the Western Economic Association International (WEAI), will hold its Asia—Pacific meeting on January 11—14, 2018, in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.

Both members and non-members are invited to submit papers. We encourage the submission of papers on all topics related to the interests of IBEFA, especially papers related to the Asia—Pacific region, closer economic and financial integration, cross-border and international regulation, monetary policy and macro-prudential policy issues, fin tech and other financial innovations, shadow banking, payments systems, and behavioural finance.

Please note there is no submission fee. However, to be on the program, at least one author from each accepted paper must be an IBEFA member. Authors of (provisionally) accepted papers will be given the opportunity to join before the program is finalized.

Completed papers (which will be given preference) or extended abstracts should be submitted electronically by Friday, June 30, 2017. See below for submission instructions.
