2nd Conference on Technology and Operations Management

The 2nd Conference on Technology and Operations Management (2ndCTOM) is organised by School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), Universiti Utara Malaysia. 2ndCTOM will be held on the 26th–27th February 2018 at the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), UUM COB, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah, Malaysia.  This conference shall offer a collaborative environment for academicians, researchers, and practitioners to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of technology and operations management. The conference will also provide a platform for intellectuals from various fields and disciplines related to technology and operations management to debate and discuss the current issues worldwide as well as offering solutions to these problems and issues. The organising committee of this conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to 2ndCTOM.

The conference theme is titled "Emerging Issues in Technology and Operations Management in Era of Change". With the ever growing number of current issues and unpredictable and turbulent environment, this theme emphasises on the importance of the role played by practitioners and academicians to become more proactive in facing and overcoming the changes and challenges with the rapidly advancing technology and paradigm shifts in the business environment.
