Introduction
The 10th International Symposium on Turbo Codes & Iterative Information Processing, sponsored by IEEE Information Theory Hong Kong Chapter, will be held from 3 December (Monday) to 7 December 2018 (Friday) in Hong Kong. The symposium will be an opportunity to acquire a broad overview of the current status of advanced research in iterative information processing and its application to information theory and digital communications.
