3rd China-Australia Symposium on Immunity in Tuberculosis

On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to thank you for accepting our invitation to speak at the 3rd China-Australia Symposium on Immunity in Tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis is now the leading infectious disease globally, and it is a major public health concern globally, and in our region in particular. Understanding how the immune response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis work is essential for the development of new approaches to control/eradicate the infection. The topic of the symposium covers host immunity to Tuberculosis. This symposium features more than 20 distinguished speakers from Australia, China, South Africa and USA to discuss the current challenges in tuberculosis control as well as the latest development in basic and clinical research. The symposium will open opportunities for future research collaborations and training for researchers working on this field, and will boost new capacity in our region. It will also provide a great platform to set up international collaboration for scientists.
