基于高职院校生源多样化背景下的空中乘务专业英语教学对策研究

摘要:高职院校空中乘务专业一直是校企合作共建的专业,其招生模式呈现多样化的特点。出现了统招生、自主招生和分段培养等生源形式。各种生源不同的教育背景导致了他们在文化基础水平、知识结构、学习习惯等方面存在很大差异。在这种多样化生源背景下,通过itest在线平台测试、教师访谈以及问卷调查等途径得出该专业在英语教学过程中产生的问题主要有:生源渠道多样化,英语水平参差不齐;多种生源同班级,英语教学难以同步;多层次生源质量,英语师资结构单一。针对这些问题,提出如下对应解决策略:不同渠道生源,统一增加英语面试环节;不同生源班级,一律实行英语分级教学;校企双方教师,一致完成“双师”教师的转型。

Abstract: Flight attendant major of advanced vocational colleges has always been a major jointly built by both colleges and enterprises, and its enrollment mode has diversified characteristics. There are some forms of enrollment, such as unified enrollment in college entrance examination, independent enrollment and enrollment for students from secondary vocational school to advanced vocational colleges. The educational background of students from different enrollment channels leads to great differences in their cultural base level, knowledge structure, learning habits and so on. Basing on students’ different backgrounds, through the itest online platform, teachers’ interviews and questionnaires, it could be concluded that the major problems in the process of English teaching mainly include: diversified sources of students leads to different levels of English; students from different sources staying in the same class is hard to keep pace with the same English teaching speed; single English teacher structure isn’t suitable to multi-level qualities of students. In order to solve these problems, the corresponding solutions are proposed as follows: students from different channels are recruited and the English interview process is added uniformly; students with different English levels are divided into different classes according to their scores achieved from itest system. Meanwhile, Teachers from either college or enterprise should complete the transformation of dual-qualification teachers.
