While the Section welcomes submissions on any relevant topic, we especially encourage submissions related to the following:
Can communication law and policy contribute to a sustainable environment? What does sustainable communication policy and law look like?
Sustainable environment: How can communication policy and law contribute to environmental sustainability? Sustainable data: Are there ways to preserve the potential of big data and the use of algorithms while also safeguarding privacy, transparency, and equality?Sustainable intellectual property: Can more sustainable” rights for creators, owners, users, and potential newcomers to the market be achieved through a balance in creative and information ecosystems?State of the art in research projects: presentations on the state of the art of communication law and policy scholarship, teaching and research
