2018 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC)

We have a very successful ICSPCC 2017 in Xiamen   The Conference is well attended by 300 Delegates and total 267 papers are published in the Conference Proceedings.

 The Proceedings will be forward to IEEE Explore to be listed in the IEEE Digital Library soon.  There is current agreement between IEEE and Elsevier that the presented ICSPCC2017 Conference Papers could also be searchable in Engineering Index ( EI ).  The process normally takes some 3 months.

 The conference organizing committee decided that the ICSPCC2018 is to be held in mid September 2018 in Tsingdao, China.  Call for Paper will be announced in end Novermbser.
