The Fifth Young Scholars’ Forum in Chinese Studies

To nurture young scholars in Chinese Studies and strengthen the network among young scholars in the field, the Institute of Chinese Studies organized the First Young Scholars' Forum in Chinese Studies in 2014. In 2015, the Forum was co-organized by The Chinese University of Hong Kong–Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation Asia-Pacific Centre for Chinese Studies. Young scholars from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions in Asia, Europe and America were invited to present their papers at the Forum so as to enhance international communication in Chinese studies. Participants presented and discussed their researches on various topics on disciplines of history, literature, religion, art and thought.
The Fifth Young Scholars’ Forum in Chinese Studies will be held on May 24–26, 2018, at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
