Introduction

2018 IEEE 8th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC 2018) will be held on June,15-17,2018 in Beijing, China.The conference is sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and IEEE Beijing Section.The conference is intended as an international forum for researchers and professionals in all areas of Electronics Information and Emergency Communication. We invite submissions of papers presenting a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks: (1) Emergency Communication (2) Remote Sensing and Satellite communications (3) Big Data and Intelligent Computing (4) Electronics Information and Communication Engineering and Application

All papers must be written in English and will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding, which Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as EI Compendex.
