Introduction

28th International Conference Radioelektronika 2018 is organized by the Department of Radio Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague in cooperation with Czech and Slovak technical universities. The purpose of the conference is to create a discussion forum for researchers, academics, people in industry, and students who are interested in the latest development in the area of electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies, microwave techniques and related disciplines.
