2018 IEEE 10th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM)

IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the ComSoc Latin America Region. It is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world. It covers the scope of all ComSoc Technical Committees and has a broad technical program that includes renowned keynote speakers and It is an offer of the communication Society to reach out to its Members in Latin America and to offer them a venue meeting the specific needs of their region.
