Publication

Each registered participant in the EMSA 2018 whose abstract is presented at the Conference may submit the respective full manuscript to IEEE Transactions on Magnetics. The submitted manuscripts will undergo the regular peer-review process, according to the journal’s standards. The Authors will have to follow the Journal guidelines and download the relevant templates from the journal’s site. Accepted manuscripts must be at least 4 printed pages, or at least 6 pages for manuscripts of invited authors.

Manuscript submission

Manuscripts will be submitted directly to the journal by the authors from June 4th till July 15th, 2018.

Please do not attempt to submit your manuscript before June 4th and do not submit it to the EMSA 2018 site.

Oral presentations

Oral contributions will be 15 minutes long including 3 minutes discussion, whereas invited presentations will be 30 minutes long including 5 minutes discussion.

Speakers can either use their laptop (overhead projector with VGA connector) or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system with PowerPoint and Acrobat). Please present yourself to the session chair at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to upload your presentation to the conference room PC or to setup your laptop connection with the overhead projector; do not forget to carry with you any video adapter that you may need to connect your PC to the projector VGA port.

Poster presentations

Posters must be in A0 paper size, vertical orientation. Presenters must provide their own printout of the poster, including title and authors. Session codes will be displayed on the session boards. Material for hanging posters will be available. Please hang your poster during the day and remove it at the end of the session.
