Introduction
Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on Advanced Management and Information Technology Services – @MITS 2018, which will be held in September 3 – 4, 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
@MITS 2018 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, scholarly practitioners, graduate and doctoral students to exchange and share their research proposal or empirical findings or final research results in various spectrums of Advanced Management practices and IT Services, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference is designed as an ideal platform to share views and build networks among researchers and practitioners in Management and IT domains.

Guidlines
- The paper must be in English and they must be competently written and argued in clear and concise grammatical English. Contributors are strongly advised to have the manuscript proof read by a certified English language editor.
- The paper are full-length original Empirical research. Conceptual and teoritical paper will not be accepted. Original work must provide references and empirical findings .
- Completed paper should not exceed twelve (12) printed pages (excluding the abstract, references, tables and/or figures). A maximum of 80 references and an abstract of 100–200 words.
- Papers with high score of similarity check can not be accepted in our conference.
- The papers should be original and previously has not been published or not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
