The 4th International Symposium on Applied Chemistry 2018 (ISAC 2018)

After a warm and successful kinship with over a hundred participants from different countries in the third symposium held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta in October 2017, this year the 4th International Symposium on Applied Chemistry (ISAC) 2018 is back with the same spirit, bringing applied chemistry research for better life and better future.

The 4th ISAC 2018 will be held on November 1st-2nd November, 2018 at the Indonesian Convention Exhibition, Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) City, Tangerang, Indonesia, as part of the Indonesian Science Expo (ISE) 2018 organized by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI). This is the 4th international scientific symposium organized annually by the Research Centre for Chemistry –LIPI and the Indonesian Chemistry Association (Himpunan Kimia Indonesia-HKI). The theme of ISAC 2018 will be “Chemistry of Materials for Better Life: Exploring Novel Technologies and Collaborative Research”. With this theme, the symposium will bring the latest technology trends in the field of nanotechnology and materials sciences in various applications ranging from biomedical (i.e biosensors and bioactive delivery systems), advanced materials in food and environment technology, catalytic reactions as well as sustainable energy systems. 
This symposium will facilitate sharing of ideas and recent research experiences in chemistry related fields, as well as to promote international collaboration among the participants. Academics including researcher, lecturers, students as well industrial practitioner and government agency members are mostly welcomed to participate in this event. It is an excellent event for discussions with lead researchers, moreover it is an opportunity to discover new innovations, development technologies, R&D collaborations and commercialization partners.
