Introduction

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our privilege to invite you to the 3rd International Symposium on Magnesium. We are honored to host this event, following the well-attended  first two Mg symposia (Göttingen, Germany, 2012 and Sao Paolo, Brazil, 2014). The 3rd International Magnesium Symposium will be held on 25th-28th November, 2018, in Guangzhou, China. We look forward to welcoming our specialists and colleagues from around the world. The symposium will provide a forum for scholars and researchers to share their research achievements, exchange new experiences and technologies in the fields of fundamental research, crop production and human/animal nutrition, and discuss the most challenging development trend in the future. The conference will stimulate the cooperation projects between the IMI and international magnesium research group, and enhance the research level and the international influence of magnesium nutrition in the world.

Abstract submission deadline

We invite participants to submit high quality abstract within 300 words. Our international committee will review and select the abstract focusing on these topics:
1)     Mg dynamics in soils
2)     Mg fertilizers and crop production
3)     Mg in plant physiology and molecular biology
4)     Mg in animal and human nutrition
Please download the template and submit your abstract online (require login) .
Deadline of abstract submission will be June 30th 2018.
International Scientific Committee will select the abstracts for oral presentation or poster based on the quality of the abstracts. The selected papers will be published in the special issue of a prominent journal.
