Abstract Submission Deadline:

A single document submission is requested at this stage for the technical committee's consideration.

1. Prepare a single PDF document consisting of a cover letter (Page 1) and an abstract (Page 2). The abstract must be limited to 250 words.

2. Upload the document with the file name template – “ Abstract_DoeJohn “

We will respond to you at the earliest, with a decision. If accepted, please submit the complete manuscript following the instructions below.

Considering your full manuscript is now required for presentation at the Conference, we request that you follow the instructions below to facilitate a smooth submission process. This will allow us to review and respond to you as quickly as possible, and allow you enough time to make Arrangements to join us at The Royal Society London in December.

1. Prepare your manuscript, either using Microsoft Word or LaTeX  templates  and save it in a PDF format.

2. The length of the document is limited to 4 pages.

3. You can either chose to submit the same cover letter as submitted with the abstract or submit a revised version with the manuscript, clarifying and stating the contributions of the manuscript.

4. Upload the necessary documents with the file name template – “ FinalManu_DoeJohn ”

5. Duly sign and complete the  Copyright Form  for the publication.
