Introduction

The aim of International Symposium on Web of Things and Big Data (WoTBD 2017) is to foster interaction of researchers, exchange of new ideas, and to enhance communication between academia and industry in the area of Web of Things. The development in Internet of Things (IoT) is growing fast that has leads to connecting millions of devices through the internet, it is well known today as Web of Things. Big data is high volume, high velocity, and/or high variety information assets that require new forms of processing to enable enhanced decision making, insight discovery and process optimization. WoTBD 2017 is co-located with The 8th International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks (EUSPN), Lund, Sweden .
