Introduction
The International Conference on Emerging Technologies 2018 (ICET 2018) will be organized by the Department of Computer Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan from November 21-22, 2018, under the technical umbrella of IEEE Islamabad Chapter. ICET 2018 is expected to attract eminent researchers from academia and practitioners from industry in Pakistan and overseas alike to share their expertise, novel ideas, and pioneering research dimensions. The authors are invited to submit original and high-quality research papers in the diverse applied and emerging research areas.

Manuscript Preparation
All papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of Six (06) printed pages (A4 size, double column, single line space, Times New Roman font of size 10), including figures, tables and references using the IEEE templates.
