International Conference on Leadership and Management (ICLM2018)

The 3rd International Conference on Leadership and Management (ICLM 2018) will be held from 13 – 14 August 2018 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia with the theme “Redefining Leadership in Managing Industrial Revolution”. This conference, organised by Department of Management and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, is part of the Engineering, Science and Technology Congress (ESTCON) 2018. The conference aims to provide academics, researchers, practitioners and students a forum for sharing research and best practices within and across two predominantly significant spheres of the corporate world, namely leadership and management.
A key objective of this conference is to bring together these various groups in a scholarly engagement, for the pursuit of collaborative discourse and expanding the notions of leadership and management. The conference welcomes original scholarly contributions in the form of papers for parallel oral presentation sessions during the conference.
