Introduction
With immense pleasure, we announce the 28th Arab Engineering Conference to be held in Muscat, Oman from 11-13 December 2018 organized by Arab Federation of Engineers and Oman Society of Engineers. The theme of the conference is “Quality of Engineering Education and its Impact on Building Knowledge Based Economy in the Arab World”. The conference provides a platform for educators, academics, researchers and practicing engineers to share knowledge, experience and ideas about the modern trends and best practices in Engineering Education. All papers will be published in conference proceedings.
