Conference Theme: Engineering Cell and Tissue Complexity
The broad goal of this conference is to highlight challenges of engineering biological complexity across multiple length scales from macromolecules, to cells, and tissues. Sessions will highlight cutting edge strategies to engieer (bio) functional complexity using both computational and experimental systems. Topics will focus on ‘emergent’ or more complex functionality, engineering design, experimental challenges and needs, and the recent experimental and computational advances that are enabling bioengineers to design complex biological systems.
Program Topics:
Engineering cell microenvironment
Modeling cellular networks
Engineering disordered systems
Morphogensis and organoids
Organ on a chip
