Introduction

ICECS is an international conference dedicated to circuits and systems, held annually in Region 8. The 25th edition will take place in Bordeaux, France, the world famous wine region. The scope of the conference includes technical sessions, tutorials and special sessions, as well as outstanding social events. The best papers will be invited to resubmit an extended version to be considered for publication at the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I (IEEE TCAS I).
