Introduction

The East Coast Subcommittee of the IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry committee sponsors a bi-annual technical meeting targeting plant level personnel. While we have been dormant for several years, the newly energized committee is looking forward to a successful conference in the fall of 2018.
