Introduction
IEEE APCCAS 2018, the 14th of the biennial Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems, will be held in Chengdu, China at the Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu during Oct 26-30, 2018. The APCCAS is a major international forum established by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society for researchers to exchange their latest findings in circuits and systems. It'll be in Chengdu in 2018, the capital of China's southwest Sichuan Province, the home of cute giant pandas. Benefiting from Dujiangyan Irrigation Project which was constructed in 256 B.C., Sichuan Province is reputed as the Heavenly State, a place richly endowed with natural resources.

IEEE APCCAS 2018 welcomes author submission of papers concerning any branch of the Circuits and Systems, and their applications ineducation, and other subjects. Topics of interest for submission include any topics on Circuits and Systems.
