Introduction

The International Scientific Conference Lumen V4 2018 is the 7th conference of this type aimed particularly at problems concerning lighting technology in the area of science, research and work experience. Conference is aimed at designers, research and university staff, architects, health officers, suppliers of electric installations, dealers, investors and lighting system operators, as well as public interested in the field of lighting technology. Conference can be basically visited by those interested in the field can attend the conference; a lecturer who wants to present the results of his work or exhibitors presenting their goods or services.

Guidlines

Please read carefully! 

If you want to participate in our conference as an author, please pay attention to the following instructions. It is necessary to follow them in order to avoid problems in the process of paper publication. First of all, it is necessary to respect the formal requirements given by the paper templates. 

Common information
All persons participating in the conference - including authors - must register. The registration is done online through a form on the conference web site. After a successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail with login data that you will use in theAdministration Area. Once logged in, you can enter all necessary data, e.g. abstracts, full papers, invoice data, accommodation reservation.

Paper Length
Registered authors can publish one paper in length of max 5 pages (3 pages are minimum). The fee for publishing of this paper is involved in registration fee. For publishing of other paper author should contact organizers of conference.

To meet the condition required for the paper to be involved into the proceedings, it is necessary to present the paper at the conference by at least one of the authors according to the assigned type of presentation.

The language of papers is English. Selected papers will be published after the conference in the database IEEE, Scopus, or WoS. Therefore please comply you paper in accordance with the instructions.

Papers presentation
According to the conference programme, the authors will present papers in one of the following way

LECTURE: 10 minutes + discussion (5 minutes)
SPECIAL LECTURE: 15 minutes + discussion (5 minutes)
INVITED LECTURE: 20 minutes
POSTER: the maximum size A0 (841 × 1189 mm)

The way of your presentation can be found in the conference programme.
We kindly ask you to be present at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Introduce yourself to the chairman and deliver your presentation.

Presentation Devices
If you present your paper in the spoken form, a suitable format of your presentation is required because of the accessible device used for the presentation. The following device will be available:

Please, prepare your text of full paper according to instruction below. Deadline for full paper delivery is July 23, 2018

Papers including reviewers comments are required by August 20, 2018.

Paper Templates
Please insert your full paper text into the prepared templates. We recommended typing the paper directly to prepared templates (before inserting text through the copy from another file). There is version of template - for MS Word. If you are not able to type the paper in the prepared template, please contact us as soon as possible to handle this problem.

For a paper to be accepted, it must be formatted according to the valid paper template.
