Introduction

t is our great pleasure to announce the 2017 Third International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and System Engineering (ICEESE2017) to be held in Kanazawa, Japan from 9th-10th November 2017. ICEESE 2017 will be organized by IEEE Malaysia Education Society and co-organized by Engineering and Technical Research Group (EnTER), Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University Teknologi MARA, Malaysia and Kanazawa Technical College. This conference is held in conjunction with IEEE 9th International Conference on Engineering Education (ICEED 2017). All ICEESE 2017 participants are welcomed to join the technical talk or any tracks of ICEED 2017.

Call for paper

The proceedings of ICEESE 2017 may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, once they meet the requirements of an IEEE quality review. Authors are invited to submit full papers describing original research.

Guidlines

ICEESE 2017 has teamed up with the Special Journal Issue on Electrical and Electronics System Research (IEESR). A number of high-impact selected full-text papers will be considered for this Special Journal Issue. All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for this Special Journal Issue. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly. Therefore, the submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The selected papers will be published in this journal for free of charge.
