从“需求侧改革”到“供给侧改革” ——关于商务英语人才培养模式“供给侧改革”的研究与思考

Abstract
“供给侧改革”既是当前我国经济改革的总体思路，也是商务英语人才培养模式建设的基本遵循。商务英语人才培养模式要实现人才培养模式的转型升级，完成从“外延式发展”到“内涵式发展”的转变；“供给侧改革”成为人才培养模式内涵式建设的研究课题。本研究在解析商务英语人才培养模式“供给侧改革”内涵的基础上，设定了“供给侧改革”的基本内容，明确了“供给侧改革”的主要对象。同时，本研究总结出商务英语人才培养模式“供给侧改革”的主要特点，精细了人才培养模式“供给侧改革”的“着力点”，为商务英语人才培养模式内涵式建设提供了基本思路。“供给侧改革”可以优化商务英语人才培养模式整体结构，提升人才培养模式整体性教育功能，实现培养人才的有效供给，满足社会经济发展对人才培养的现实需求。这对于克服目前商务英语人才培养模式建设中存在的问题弊端，加强开办商务英语高校人才培养模式内涵式建设具有重要的现实意义。
