英语写作被动语态使用特征研究——以某理工大学非英语专业学生为例

Abstract
本文基于自建的某理工院校非英语专业本科生写作语料库（LWC），采用语料库的中介语对比研究方法，通过与美国当代英语语料库（COCA）（核心书面语部分）对比分析，试图寻找中国学习者写作中的被动语态使用特点。研究发现，中国学习者使用的被动语态存在“总体少用”、“个别过度使用”的情况，对除一般现在时、一般过去时以外的其他时态的被动语态使用与本族语学习者差异明显；中国学习者使用被动语态虽符合语法规则，但是搭配种类有限，高频动词有结构固化的倾向，学生总是反复使用有汉语对应语义的搭配或学习中较为固定搭配的用法。本研究希望通过对被动语态总频次和高频动词的研究，揭示中国学习者在英文写作中的被动语态使用特征，以及高频动词的搭配特点；为英语写作教学提供参考。
