Abstract
在当前经济全球化背景下，国家语言能力已成为衡量一个国家核心竞争力 的重要标准之一。国家外语能力作为国家语言能力的关键组成部分，直接 影响着我国“一带一路”战略的实施，而确定我国急需的关键外语是当前 国家外语规划中的首要问题。本文基于英国文化委员会近年发布的外语规 划报告，结合当下我国国情以及未来战略需求，从经济、政治、外交、安 全、教育、地理等多维因素分析并尝试提出我国需要优先发展的十大关键 外语，最后对中国外语政策与规划的发展提出了若干改革性建议。
